These terms apply when you visit the store, submit information, open a support ticket, or purchase an Out of Bounds product. Mandatory consumer rights in your location still apply.
01 / Agreement
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Shipping & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store or submit an order.
You must be old enough to enter a binding purchase agreement where you live, or use the store with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
02 / Drops and products
Products may be limited, made to order, personalized, or discontinued without notice. Images are representations; screens, garment batches, placement, and print processes can produce minor differences. Those normal production differences are not defects.
We may limit quantities, refuse suspected resale or fraud, correct genuine pricing or description errors, and cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel after payment, the affected amount will be refunded.
03 / Custom inputs
CONSUME BY is produced from the name, measurements, sex selection, activity selection, size, and color submitted with the order. You are responsible for checking those inputs before purchase. Personalized values are prepared after checkout and are intentionally hidden on the website.
The nutrition-panel concept and any embodied-calorie calculation are artistic novelty content. They are not medical, dietary, diagnostic, or fitness advice and must not be used to make health decisions.
04 / Orders and payment
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance occurs when production begins or the item ships. Payments, taxes, discounts, fraud review, and checkout are processed through Shopify and its payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and customization information and to keep it current. Address or cancellation requests should be submitted through Support within 24 hours, but changes are not guaranteed once production begins.
05 / Shipping
Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs review, weather, incorrect addresses, and events outside our control can affect delivery. Detailed terms appear in the Shipping Policy.
06 / Returns and defects
Made-to-order and personalized items are generally final sale unless damaged, defective, materially different from the order, or returnable under non-waivable law. Do not send anything back without a support authorization. See the Returns Policy.
07 / Site use and ownership
You may not misuse the store, interfere with security, scrape or automate purchases without permission, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, violate law, or use the service to infringe another party’s rights.
Site artwork, names, logos, product concepts, copy, and design are owned by or licensed to Out of Bounds and may not be reproduced, sold, or commercially exploited without permission.
08 / Service and liability
The site and products are provided subject to warranties that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, the site is provided as available, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Out of Bounds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that law does not allow us to exclude.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date; changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
